Collation & Installation Evensong | Anglican Diocese of British Columbia

All are welcome to attend this special Evensong service in which Eric Partridge will be collated and installed in his seat as an Archdeacon of the Diocese and given the honorific "the Venerable."
This special day is in preparation for Eric taking the role of executive archdeacon in January 2023, at which point he will adopt the title Archdeacon of Columbia. In this role, Eric will be a member of the synod office staff and the "head" archdeacon in charge of regional archdeacons. He will advise and assist the bishop directly in the oversight of the diocese. He will especially support clergy pastorally and in times of crisis, serve on committees as the bishop's appointee, and as a de facto member of the Cathedral Chapter, assist in the worship and work of the Cathedral.
