WE TOGETHER’ DIOCESAN CONFERENCE - Anglicans from across our region will come to learn, worship, pray and share with one another as a diocese of islands and inlets. Our keynote speakers are Professor Michelle LeBaron, who is an expert in social cohesion and the arts, and Mr Adam Olsen, who has done extensive work in relation to the recommendations of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC). There are also eighteen workshops to choose from on a wide-variety of topics.

God is calling us to be ministers of reconciliation (2 Cor 16-20) in our selves, our homes, our churches, with all nations and beyond. Come, be renewed in your heart and spirit for this important work.

Registration for We Together 2017 opens on July 28. See the poster in your parish for more information.

BILLETS NEEDED -  We are a geographically large diocese, and it's important that we support each other in attending community-building events like We Together. That's why we are working to offer billets for this and future events. When you register for the conference, you will be asked if you need a billet or if you can provide a room for someone to stay. If you live in the greater Victoria area, please consider this act of hospitality prayerfully. If you are unable to attend the event, but have a space to offer, please contact planning committee member, Trish Stock by email at trishstock@shaw.ca or by phone at 250-510-5454.
